Where are the X Ray images stored?
The images are stored in two locations: Garner, NC and Jacksonville FL
How are images transferred to your PACS?
Via VPN or a DICOM gateway.
We are unable to access your website? It asks us to reload a new version or it is unavailable?

When I select a report to view on line it some times takes 10 seconds to open?
Any report with a KEY image inserted as indicated by a Bold Red “K” will take 8-15 seconds to be recreated. Reports without an image should open in 1-2 seconds.
On the website an approved exam will be indicated by a Bold Face Green “R”.
Reports can be printed directly from the website.
Where can I find a missing report?
All offices are granted access to the website.
What if I need an immediate read?
Please call 1-800 630-7620 to speak to the radiologist.
What is your STAT report turnaround time?
Stats are read within 2 hours. Exams can be made “STAT” online.
What is your availability to read STAT reports?
8am -8pm EST M-F and 8am-5pm Saturday and Sunday.
What is your report turnaround time:
Exams are often read quickly but may take up to 24 business hours to complete.

8- 5pm EST
